This fully automated face mask making machine is mainly composed of material feeding unit, mask body forming unit, ear loop welding unit and conveying unit.

• Automatic aligning of three rolls of fabric materials for simultaneous feeding;
• Ultrasonic welding of two mask body edges in continuous operation;
• Automatic cutting of nose bridge strips, and welded through ultrasonic welding process;
• Ear loops are automatically welded onto mask body by ultrasonic welding unit;
• 9 sets of servo motors are adopted to ensure high production efficiency;
